Top Most Incredible Travel Destinations
Our planet is full of places in the deepest corners of the most forgotten regions of this world that will fill your spirit with awe and leave you in wonder. With the world slowly opening up, traveling has become more accessible over the past few years thanks to the internet. Finding attractive destinations to experience has never been easier. In this blog, I, Eric Conover, a filmmaker and world traveler living in New York City, will show you the most incredible travel destinations you must believe in. I have personally been to and experienced every single goal mentioned. So, let's dive in!
Norway
Norway is hands down the most beautiful destination I have ever experienced. It is a Scandinavian country encompassing vast mountains, glaciers, and deep coastal fjords. I recommend going in early summer when the days are long and warm and the nights are cool and short. If you go far enough north, the sun doesn't set, and you can experience the phenomenon known as the midnight sun. In Norway, you can do everything from climbing glaciers to windsurfing on the coast, along with white water kayaking, downhill cycling, and road-tripping for days.
Bali
Bali is truly a place to find yourself. It is an Indonesian island known for its forested volcanic mountains, iconic rice paddies, beaches, and coral reefs. One of the most incredible things about Bali is that you can stay in a luxury villa for just about $20 per night. My number one thing to do in Bali is to buy or rent a motorbike and explore the unknown areas and the surrounding islands. Head north to Ubud and play with the monkeys in the Monkey Forest, or wake up at sunrise and bathe under a waterfall. Book a one-way ticket to Bali and let the journey happen.
Maldives
If you want to get lost at sea in the best way possible, you must head to the Maldives. The Maldives is a tropical nation in the Indian Ocean, comprised of 26 ring-shaped atolls comprising more than 1,000 coral islands. When you go to the Maldives, you have two options for places to stay. The first option is to pay a ton of money and stay in an excellent all-inclusive resort. The second option is to travel with friends, hire a surf boat, and island hop. Early September is a perfect time to visit, as the weather and the surf are very good.
Japan
Japan is an island nation in the Pacific Ocean, known for its dense cities, mountainous national parks, and thousands of shrines and temples. While traveling in Japan, I stayed in traditional Japanese inns to fully immerse myself in Japanese culture. The best way to get around is by bullet train or quick flight. Tokyo is a fantastic city, but I wanted to see the countryside. I went north to Matashima and stayed at a local fisherman's inn. Then, I went south to Zamami Island, which is relatively unknown to Westerners and home to world-class diving and remote untouched beaches.
Bonaire
Bonaire is a charming Dutch island located 50 miles north of Venezuela and part of the ABC island chain. Bonaire has perfect weather almost year-round. The number one thing to do on Bonaire is to scuba dive. You can scuba dive both during the day and at night. Bonaire is home to some of Earth's most transparent blue waters and has some of the most lively reefs. You can also free dive in the freshwater limestone cave network, drive to the pink salt pans, or hop on a water taxi to climb on Air, a tiny uninhabited island off the coast.
New York City
New York is the world's capital and has been my home for five years. Any time of the year is the best time to visit New York, but if I had to choose, I would pick early summer or late fall. However, there's no place like New York in the winter with some snow on the ground. New York has something for everyone. You can enjoy the sights like the Empire State Building, One World Trade, and Central Park. It's that place where you come to make your dreams come true.
Hawaii
Hawaii is an isolated volcanic island chain in the central Pacific Ocean. Its islands are renowned for their rugged landscapes of cliffs and waterfalls. One of the most incredible experiences I had in Hawaii was driving up to
And do you hear that? It is hushed up here. There's not a breath of wind or a single person. I am so at peace right now.
Driving the iconic road to Hana is a must. Leave early to avoid the tourists and stop for some banana bread.
On the island of Lanai, go horseback riding and offroading on the island's backside through the lush tropical rainforests.
Finally, on the island of Oahu, hike to the top of Diamond Head at sunrise, make friends with the locals, and genuinely experience ancient Hawaiian traditions such as pounding poi.
Hawaii is the place that sticks out in my mind when someone asks me where the most excellent place I've ever been in.

Do you want to see vlogs? Do you want to see chubby golden retrievers lying around? Nap time? Oh, tongue tattoos?
